Enjoy beautiful 180 degree views of Lake Norman and Bridgeview Cove, watch sunsets and moonlight on the water from the deck or from the covered pier. This cozy brick ranch is situated on a gentle lakefront slope, surrounded by mature oak forest. It provides a secluded spot to sunbathe, to birdwatch, fish, or have a catch with the kids on the lawn.
A sunroom facing the lake extends along the back of the house and opens onto the westward facing deck. Watersports are only steps away - tie up your boat at the pier, swim in the quiet cove, fish from the floating dock. Or, just do nothing. We even left a couple of rods and reels on the premises for you to use.
The house has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed (and loveseat). The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the den.
The large, open, eat-in kitchen with center island is newly renovated and well equipped. It also includes a sitting area with brick fireplace. The beautifully furnished living room has wonderful lake views and opens onto the deck.
The newly renovated Guest Cottage has a living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and efficiency kitchen. It can be rented only in addition to the main house.
Both houses are strictly non-smoking. Please smoke outside only.
